Our initiative to Re:Think the office arose from the mismatch in the current office property market. The model of landlord-to-tenant approach is mostly motivated by long-term rent and the interest of fund investors and is disconnected and not sustainable.

Our approach takes a relational model as a starting point where we believe in connected assets through integral services, aligned retention fees, that creates value for users and owners. This presentation outlines a plan for companies to re-think their office approach and match their ESG targets.
